If your after an apartment style room in Shinjuku with every facility you could imagine plus more then this is your plac

Pros: Everything! This place was soo cool with everything you could imagine!

Cons: Didn’t get to stay long as we arrived in Japan in the late afternoon and had to get up early the next morning for a train to hakuba

I recommed this hotel.

Pros: I'm pleased with the hotel. The service is excellent. Beverages, coffee, and snacks are available to hotel guests 24/7, included in the room rate. Alcoholic drinks are also included after 6:00 PM. Breakfast is good. There's a play area for children, and exercise equipment is available. The metro and train station are nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

Room size was great for a family of 4. Our kids also enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of selection for breakfa

Pros: The family room size was great for Tokyo, we especially liked the small landing area to store our bags

Cons: We had to pay to check in 30mins early, I’ve not experienced this before anywhere around the world I’ve travelled. It was also noisy at times (lots of sirens at night).

Amazing and welcoming, OG style hotel!

Pros: I absolutely loved the welcoming atmosphere: there were free drinks and food 24/7, free toiletries which were amazing, the free karaoke room, we had a great time! Plus, the room was a lot bigger than the majority of rooms in Tokyo, very spacious and comfortable. Will def comeback!

Cons: The breakfast could have more diversity of choice but everything was very tasty

Fantastic!

Pros: Everything was excellent. Only criticism was that the pillows were very hard. Buy everything else was great. The staff were charming and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Would definitely stop here again - excellent

Pros: Overall the Bali An resort we stopped at was far better than expected. Some confusion at first as there is more than one Bali An resort in Shinjuku but quickly resolved. We were only 5mins walk away from the right one. Our fault. Great facilities , great staff , rooms excellent and room service great too. Location couldn't have been better. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing i ddn't like to be honest. Maybe more space to hang clothes could have been good but realise we did have more room than normal hotel rooms in Japan in the first place.

Pros: Wonderful! I absolutely loved all the hotel’s facilities — from entertainment and fitness to dining and the cozy night bar. The wide variety of skincare, bath, and beauty products were all complimentary. It’s also very close to Shinjuku Station. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo!

Pros: Great location, very nice clean hotel. All the staff were so nice and friendly. Good size room. Great having the coffee, drinks and food at reception. Plus all the toiletries etc. Buffet breakfast and dinner was nice. Overall very impressed with the hotel and the very friendly staff.

Pleasant, great staff and comfy (big!) room.

Pros: The staff has been very accommodating. I made a mistake in my booking, had booked the wrong day but somehow they managed to work it out. We also have been able to have a late check-in for a small fee.

Cons: No direct sunlight in the room.
