Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable. Great location when travelling to and from the airport. Easy access to any part of the city.

Cons: Can be noisy due to train tracks at the back of the hotel.

Convenient place close to Skyliner transport.

Pros: Very close to Nippori Station, clean, compact and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was standard but good.

Cons: WiFi was average and sadly no Onsen down stairs.

It was a good stay

Pros: It's close to the station and there are lots of shops selling all sorts of things around. The cleaning was good.

Cons: It was so cold that I had to turn my head away from the window before going to sleep. The windows are aging and the hotel needs to fix them.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were really well done. Heaps of amenities and very luxurious. Staff were really lovely and friendly

Cons: The rooms were quite small which is typical for Japan hotels
