Pros: Very clean and nice accomodation. The staff was very friendly and was very helpful with the luggage transfer service. There were also plenty of washing machines which made laundry very easy!

Value for money, relatively convenient, direct access to airport bus!

Pros: Central location, convenient but not too crowded, rooms are pretty spacious for a triple room that we got, the staff was super helpful as well helping us to find more space by moving out the extra furniture in the room

Cons: The room was quite stuffy and hot for 3 people, even though the fan is switched on, it was very warm in the room.

Pros: Quite a convenient location, direct access to airport buses, about 15 mins walk from the most crowded area in shinjuku, which also means it is a little quieter.

Good hotel in good location.

Pros: Nice hotel, out of Shinjuku, but well positioned to access all areas around.

Cons: Rooms small, but they are everywhere.

Cons: A bit tight with big luggages, and quite a walk if you’re from the main JR shinjuku

Pros: The Room was very big and clean, a lot of storage room was available and the staff was friendly.

Cons: The shower head was not tall enough (we are 1.76m).

Value for money stay at a convenient location.

Pros: The location is easily accessible from the main road. The building was new. Room and other shared premises were clean. Bed was comfortable. Amenities at the bathroom was good.

Cons: The breakfast place at level 1 was too small and crowded. Even at 9 am there was a line outside the breakfast place. The breakfast menu was basic. There were no English language TV channels.

Pros: The property is nice. Entrance for location is a bit hidden but well maintained. Amenities were available and great to see there was a free holder for your luggages

Cons: The only downside was the walls were thin. You could hear other rooms when they’re having conversations. Another thing was the cleaners were very loud in the morning when cleaning the vacant rooms. There was a lot of thuds and loud banging every morning

Great stay in Shinjuku

Pros: Great Location. Super convenient to and from Haneda Airport and if you want to do your shopping in Shinjuku and drop off your shopping in the middle of the day. A kobini downstairs with everything you need.
