It was surprising

Pros: The rooms were spacious unlike what I read about Tokyo, they cleaned the rooms at no extra charge and its proximity to multiple train stations and close to shops and restaurants.

Cons: On two occasions, we found when we put cleaning sign, they smoked in our bathroom

Loved our experience at the hotel rio, the hotel was really nice and the staff was amazing.

Pros: The room was nice, the washroom was awesome! And the coffee in the lobby was really good

Cons: A bit dark in the room, old pink heart shaped tub could us a refresh.

Highly recommend!

Pros: We loved our stay here. The location is excellent — a great central spot and only about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. Even though the hotel is opposite a Don Quijote, we didn’t hear any noise at all! Our room was spacious and the hotel itself was very quiet. We really appreciated all the little extras, including the pyjamas, slippers, toothbrushes, and cosmetics. The Japanese-style bath and toilet were also great!! We only saw staff at check-in, but they were very sweet and helpful. We would highly recommend Hotel Rio! 🙏✨

Pros: Our stay was great! Good service, great location, the room was huge compared to other Tokyo hotels. The only thing is that the shower needs a renovation, but it was very clean.

Pros: Very good location, and they provide skin care products, I was also surprise that even curler + straightening iron is provided together with the hair dryer! 👌 We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again if we will be visiting Japan. Highly recommended 👍

Pros: Nice location and easy to walk around Shinjuku neighbourhoods. Close to many train stations. Good shower and big bed. Nice extras like slippers, water, razors and toothbrushes. We would stay again.
