Excellent option near Shinjuku

Pros: Room and bathroom size are above average, comfy bed.

Cons: Noise insulation not incredible, but acceptable

Pros: Location was very convenient, close to Shinjuku area and stations.

Cons: Twin room might be a little small, with just enough space for 2 large suitcases. No elevators so have to carry up but the maximum is 3 floors. Bathroom was quite small but probably typical for Tokyo.

Pros: The location was great, a short walk to Shin-Okubo station on the JR line and several other stations. The neighbourhood is a lively koreatown with easy access to shinjuku. The room was a good size for our needs and the stay was comfortable

Cons: There was a dripping noise coming from the mini fridge which was slightly annoying but not too bad.

Loved it

Pros: Clean room, fantastic value considering the close proximity to nearby train stations and Kabukicho, strong water pressure in the shower, having to change into room slippers at the entrance gives me the peace of mind that the room carpet is clean, very friendly, helpful and professional frontdesk staff. I cannot recommend this place enough for someone travelling on a budget!

Cons: No elevator but if you're packing light its not a problem, the room I stayed in on the 2nd floor had spots on the floor creaking when stepped on (I'm ~100kg also partly my fault), lack of places to hang clothes.

Pros: If you're staying in Shinjuku it is super close to the green line, the yellow line and all the entertainment stuff. Everything was within walking distance which made it super convenient. The room was serviced clean every day. Additionally staff were always super friendly. They also have an instructional guide on how to connect to the wifi and how to use your remote control for the AC unit.

Cons: I don't really have any complaints regarding my stay at the hotel.

Pros: Very easy access to transport, clean room and nice shower, staff very helpful, had a lovely stay, def will come back

Pros: A good hotel with a spacious room and an excellent location. It’s situated in the Korean district, so there are plenty of fun and interesting places around. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay

Simple hotel in Great location

Pros: Fantastic location—just steps from the metro and within easy walking distance of the JR and bus stations. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores (kombini) nearby. The room was surprisingly spacious, the staff were friendly, and the reception is staffed 24/7. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it had everything that mattered to me. I genuinely liked everything about my stay.
