Great local option. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Great location, very comfortable beds, owner was lovely!

Cons: Only one toilet and shower between 6 rooms meant occasional waits for facilities.

Pros: It was a wonderful place, it had everything I needed! Close to the train stations and food nearby! Also Ueno zoo and Ueno park were close! The room was quite spacious enough even for two people, very informative hosts as well!

Super convenient traditional ryokan in quiet neighbourhood

Pros: Traditional style ryokan, conveniently located but in a quiet part of Tokyo. Close to Ueno station, handy for shinkansen connections, and even closer to Nezu station. Very large rooms, clean, and tea provided.

Cons: A little tired and run-down, but still nice

Lovely and relaxing stay

Pros: It was a quiet and tidy Ryokan with lots of space compared to typical Tokyo accomodation. Conveniently located close to Ueno Station but out of the hustle.

Fantastic location!!

Pros: Fantastic location in a quiet neighbourhood close to Nezu station and Ueno station. The accommodation was super clean, the staff were so welcoming and it was nice and quiet with everything we needed.

Cons: We loved trying the traditional futon style beds, and although they were a little hard for our liking, we are so glad we tried them. Thank you for giving tourists the opportunity to try traditional Japanese options 😀

Pros: Nice location in a quiet neighbourhood. Not too far from subway stations and the Keisei train to the airport. Rooms very basic, but this is to expect due to Ryokan room and low Price

Stay was excellent!

Pros: The owner was so friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. The location great. Short walk to Ueno Park. 40 minute walk to Asakusa. Nice quiet street. Highly recommend.
