Good value stay

Pros: Comfy bed and clean room. In a good location, quiet, close to stores, restaurants. Japanese breakfast was good, staff really nice and friendly

Comfortable & Clean

Pros: The hotel was comfortable & clean, staff were friendly & overall my stay there was enjoyable. I like staying at the APA hotels as you always know you will get a good level of service & consistent facilities.

Cons: Slightly further from the main Shinjuku area than I had thought, but this is more down to my own lack of attention when booking rather than them.

Pros: Love this hotel. Very good location . Staff were nice, attentive. Rooms are small but it’s Tokyo size so i didn’t care. Fresh towels and other goodies every day. Nice Irish pub down at the first floor. I didn’t try the breakfast so I couldn’t say if it was good

Lovely hotel for a good price.

Pros: The room was very nice and clean. It was small, but since I was travelling alone, I didn't need much space. The Wi-Fi was slow at times, but it was doable. The location was great. Very central and close to two underground stations. The amenities were also very good and accessible, like the vending machine and the laundry room.

Cons: The only downside was that I had some light trouble sleeping at times because of the bright standby-lights on the appliances. Like the TV and the air-conditioning.

Was great, but some improvements as listed above would make it wonderful.

Pros: I liked how close it was to the train station!! And was a fair price

Cons: Was still far from tourist areas, the rooms get dusty quickly, I think from the bed sheets. And the floor was not vacuumed when the rum was cleaned on the third day. Otherwise friendly staff, and a nice stay.

Pros: Friendly and professional staff who speak good English. Option to check in at midday for an extra 6000 yen. Provided lots of amenities such as razors, cotton buds etc.

Cons: Very small rooms - very difficult to open up a large suitcase anywhere other than the bed. The area is a bit dull, it’s very much an office district.
