Clean and neat. Shinjuku Gyoen is very close. Short taxi ride/metro stop away from Shinjuku station.

Pros: The stay was perfect for my siblings and I, and the host was so friendly and helpful! We were pleasantly surprised at how big the room was considering Japanese standards. The beds are big and comfy and if you like taking baths, the bath tub is also really big. The building feels new and has lovely traditional Japanese decor. It was great having everything you need for a longer stay such as easy access to laundry and kitchen. The location is quite central but also nice and quiet with grocery store and 7-eleven right nearby. We loved that there was a quick 20 min. walk to the big shopping streets of Shinjuku where you can basically buy anything. Subway is also very close by which made it easy to get to other nearby popular areas of Tokyo. I would definitely come back and have already recommended the place to family members travelling to Tokyo soon. Thank you for hosting us and the lovely accommodation!

Exceptional stay!

Pros: The hotel was absolutely perfect. The host were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The location is ideal — close to public transport and lively areas, yet quiet enough to relax. The room was spotless, comfortable, and decorated in a traditional Japanese style, which made the experience even more authentic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

A great value for the price

Pros: Shinjuku Miyabi Residence is located 3 min. away from the beautiful Shinjuku Goyen National Garden and has a Seven Eleven around the corner. The owner is very kind and helpful. We could check-in early as we had arrived in advance and he recommended us multiple restaurants to try. Small details like free Japanese snacks at the reception, aquariums with fishes, towels, umbrellas for rainy days and high-tech toilets made the stay very enjoyable!
