Pros: Beautiful hotel - great location, lovely modern yet traditional design and unreal onsen with city view (particularly loved the outdoor one!)

Cons: Room was fairly small but not a complaint!

Pros: The property felt a touch between ryokan and hotel. The rooms were lovely, more spacious than the regular Japanese hotel. The onsen on the top floor with an indoor and outdoor bath was lovely after a long day of walking around the city. It was lovely to join friends in the onsen common area after the bath to enjoy a free ice cream and look at the views of the city. There were laundry machines available on 3 floors which was very convenient. A 7-eleven was across the road which was great for snacks. Shinjuku was a short 10 minutes walk away which was great.

A serene treat for the senses in the bustling heart of Tokyo.

Pros: A little gem in the heart of Tokyo’s Shinjuku. Beautifully presented and designed with fabulous Onsen facilities. Great staff too. Outstanding value.

Cons: The bed could have been more comfortable, but I’m being picky.

Beautiful place

Pros: I stayed here in 2022 and loved it so much that I came back. The standard is still the same and the staff are still just as kind and friendly. I stayed in February both times – this time it was much busier. Seems like a very popular place with Australians!
