Great hotel, would recommend

Pros: Extremely clean and spacious room. A quick walk to the station with lots of places to eat along the way. The room had lots of supplies to use for quest which was great. Big bathroom which included a washing machine. Overall, great stay and would come back again!

Cons: Couldn’t figure out how to turn the bathroom fans off or if they were automatically on 24/7? Either way didn’t bother me, just curious

8 mins walk from Shinjuku Gyoen station - good for 2 people

Pros: 1. It’s a cute apartment 2. Good bathroom area. Separate place for toilet and bathing. The bathtub is great. 3. It has a washing machine. 4. The kitchenette has crockery and a microwave.

Cons: 1. It’s very tiny and there wasn’t space for opening your suitcase etc. 2. The cupboard door (one of them) doesn’t open. 3. No provision to dry your clothes 4. The check-in instructions were not good. “Turn the knob twice on the right and then once on the left” . There was no staff at the reception ever so was stuck there till a fellow traveler came across and helped me! The keys are left in a mailbox and you literally have to break the mailbox to get the keys.

Great place

Pros: I was mind blown at how big the apartment actually was. Has a kitchenette, washing machine and balcony. Perfect for a long term stay, also out of the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but still walking distance to the train stations.

Cons: There’s no receptionist everything is self check in.

Pros: Very clean, peaceful ad cozy. It's actually an apartment style hotel. The aprtment has a bedroom and small kitchen with everything you need like washing machine, fridge, stove. it had all the comforts. Nice bathroom with shower and bath. Larger than the average room you find in tokyo. It's very quite at night, there is no noise and you sleep perfectly! Read carefully the welcome email for check in details and key location, everything is explained properly.

Cons: Check out at 10 am. I wish it was later like at 11.00 or 12.00

Comfortable, clean and in a nice area

Pros: Nice apartment to stay in Tokyo if you are traveling solo or with your girlfriend, clean room and a comfortable bed. You can also cook if you are interested because you have everything for it inside the flat. I love Japan and this apartment might be a good place to stay!
