We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone. Staff were super helpful and we couldn’t recommend more

Pros: We loved the whole vibe of the property.. and suited our needs perfectly with the multiple beds in the one room. Spacious and functional. Oh and there’s a coffee shop just outside too..

Huge, comfy, quiet and great location

Pros: This place is huge, plenty of room for suitcases, large bedrooms with queen beds and aircons, all very comfy! Large kitchen, full fridge with freezer, washing machine, excellent shower and toilet. The living area is wonderful, excellent decor, massive tv on wifi streaming ready, also free fast wifi. Box of toys was a bonus for our 4yr old. Tora coffee on the first floor are great, best coffee we had, to Australian standards!! 5 min walk in a quiet neighbourhood in any direction hits Lawons, 7 elevens, familymart, pharmacies and metro trains. There even hidden playgrounds. 10 mins get you to Ueno, 15 to Akihabara and Auakusa. Even via train it's very easy to shinjuku, harajuku and shibuya. It's very centrally located. Would highly recommend for families.

Cons: Nothing. This place was excellent. If missing anything, maybe a small stool for children to reach the basin.

Good for travellers that don't need help from staff

Pros: Really close to Ueno and Asakusa around 20 minute walk in a straight line, all flat land so easy to walk. Room was really cute and spacious for 3 girls that love to shop :) the Cafe downstairs that under the same company? workers are helpful and kind, even though they aren't the hotel workers. Family mart, 7Eleven, Ministop around 5 minutes walk away. Roads are quiet and not busy at all, roads are wide enough to easily call uber too. Donki 20 mins walk away or a less than 5 minute drive thats open 24/7 was helpful for an emergency 3am shop. seperate rooms allowed us to have our own space but also come together for takeouts and hangouts in living room/dining table. We had 10 suitcases and there was more than enough space

Cons: Its a bit far for places like Shibuya not the fault of the hotel, but if you want to spend a lot of time in that area its around an hour travel. No staff on site but they are available via WhatsApp.

A unique

Pros: The decoration & design was amazing. It feels like being inside a Studio Ghibli production, if that's your sort of thing - then it's a once in a lifetime experience. Really convenient for Asukusa locations Very practical - a washing machine is provided, as are toiletries.

Cons: We kept walking past it, as the hotel sign isn't lit at night. Less convenient for areas around Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza. But still only 30-40 mins by metro

Cute, quirky, roomy and well located.

Pros: Very convenient location, close to lots of metro/train stations and convenience stores and dining options. Spacious room, fit a family of 5 easily.

Cons: A dryer or drying rack would be helpful. We could wash out clothes, but the just wouldnt dry. Ended up going to the local coin laundry instead. Also a broom would be useful too.

Big stylish room with comfortable beds with dining and living room space.

Pros: Spacious room, comfortable beds, stylish room and good bright lighting (for studying and working), dining table and sofa space. Distance from train station is good. Easy walk to 2 stations.

Beautiful Room in a great location

Pros: Great location central enough but not in a busy area- walked just over 15mins to senso-ji. Room was incredibly clean and exactly as advertised. Shower had excellent pressure. Loads of space for 4 of us in the room. Coffee shop downstairs was good. Didn’t see any hotel staff while we were there.

Cons: Only downside is I found the bed a little uncomfortable, but jet lag may have contributed!

Pros: Great apartment! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Prompt communication with owner.

Comfortable stay with convenience and price is absolutely worth it.

Pros: Size is good for price, cute design with facilities such as washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker and stove. Location is nearly perfect, convenience store nearby and easily accessible to Asakusa and Akihabara; both one station away via Tsukuba express. Can also easily access Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Tokyo, Ginza and other popular tourist spots. Shibuya isn’t too far out either. Staff is responsive, showed clear instructions and rules. Would recommend and return to this spot again if another opportunity arises.

Cons: Had half a day issue with WiFi but staff was really quick the response and swift action were taken.

It was a pleasant stay

Pros: The layout is very helpful, it could accommodate 8 people comfortably. The kitchen area is especially good because it has ample space for us to cook. The heating of the place is adequate.

Cons: Perhaps they could provide more racks to hang our jackets and towels.
