Good value for money, super well located and prompt host

Pros: Place is super well located and the host is super fast responding on chat. Checkin was seamless and the place has everything you need - loved the local vibes the neighbourhood has

Cons: The room is a bit small for longer trips, I'd say is perfect for short term but if you stay a little longer it can be a bit uncomfortable for a couple

Cons: No sanitary bin in the bathroom and would of appreciated a few more hangars but was not a real issue

Amazing location and cleanliness.

Pros: Very clean, location was close to many food places and a short walk from train station. Owner is very nice and understanding. Will definitely stay again if I visit Tokyo. Wi-fi was nice and fast. Heating in the bathroom to wash and dry clothes. Hairdryer is nice and powerful to quickly dry hair. Perfect stay for couples or solo travellers.

Great apartment in friendly neighbourhood

Pros: Amazing place. Very clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple. We loved the neighbourhood since it wasn’t in the middle of the buzz, it felt more like a local area, perfect to experience an authentic stay. Would definitely come back to this place!

Cons: No complaints. The bed could’ve been a bit bigger but it was the standard size of beds in Japan.

Fantastic base for a stay in Tokyo

Pros: Immaculate clean and new, nice location, all the amenities needed. Really enjoyed my time in this apartment. I’ll repeat my next stay in Tokyo here for sure!

Cons: Everything was perfect. Just slightly complicated to get the keys for the mailbox.

Modern, clean, great location, easy self check in

Pros: I thought the 10 rating was too good to be true at first but I’m so glad we booked. The space was immaculate and it is in a great location. Very close to the metro station (1 stop to Shinjuku approx 170 yen) or it was around a 20ish minute walk to Shinjuku. Didn’t use the hob or microwave but the washing machine and dryer (in the shower room) came in handy. Not a huge amount of space but for a short stay it wasn’t a problem, and for the price and location you can’t complain. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Tokyo. Thanks!
