Pros: Very peaceful and private, another cool feature in the room we were staying in was the window opened all the way like a door. Which I thought was quite cool.

Cons: Could hear the people up stairs walking around. And if you plan on walking from the train it’s a bit of an uphill hike, Good for exercise.

I definitely recommend staying here especially for solo travel. For two people it might be too small

Pros: Very clean Very easy instructions Responsive host Really good water pressure in the shower Option to ventilate room and quick dry laundry basically overnight Quiet Near to Shinjuku but being in a residential area so it’s quiet at night

Cons: The washing machine default setting is a quick wash with I assume cold water. It won’t get major stains out. A few more options to hang stuff would be great

Pros: Clean and modern apartment in a lovely residential neighbourhood. The hosts were very helpful and responsive at every step.

Great stay in a quiet area

Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet street, not too far from Shinjuku, so one can easily access the hustle and bustle while staying a very quiet location. The host was very kind and responsive, checked if I made it to the property safely.

Pros: Amazing place in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, yet still close to the heart of Shinjuku. It's very clean and modern, with all the nice amenities, from a spacious bed to a nice terrace, and even a laundry machine, microwave—everything you could ask for, really. The tenant was very respectful and communicated with us regularly during our stay—they even provided detailed instructions so that everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo :)

Great place and even better location!

Pros: Everything was good! A simple setup but has everything you'd need! The place was secure, and the location was awesome! Only a ~20min walk to Shinjuku for me, but other stations are even closer and multiple convenience stores if you just need to quickly pick up some bits. Checking in and out is all done by yourself and super easy with the guide they provide. I already have and will definitely recommend this place to others!

Cons: The only downside I can think of may be price as at the time of booking I was able to find 1 or 2 hotels in similar ranges from Shinjuku/Shibuya Stations for a similar price. Ultimately, the thing that made me choose this place over those was the fact that it's an apartment so you can almost feel as if you're living in Japan.

Pros: Tres bien placé dans un quartier calme de tokyo. Métro a 500 mètres. L'appartement est tres bien pour deux personnes. L' hôte est super réactif. Je recommande!

Excellent séjour à proximité de Shinjuku

Pros: J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement du logement, la propreté et le sentiment de sécurité.

Pros: Ottimi servizi, lavatrice, bagno con funziona per asciugare i vestiti appena lavati, e tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza medio/lunga a Tokyo. Posizione molto tranquilla, lontana dal rumore del centro città.

I had a great stay in, it was well located. You can cook, wash you clothes, there's a bath and a shower.

Pros: I enjoyed how close it was from Shinjuku 2 chome, and the train station while still being a quiet area.

Cons: I found it cozy and enjoyed it. Some people could think it's small. But, it's fine I think.
