Pros: Great place in an even greater location 👌🏽, close to everything essential and very good connections to greater tokyo Via shinjuku, much better than a small hotel in the same area for a reasonable price!! Washing machine is always nice 👍🏽

Cons: I would've liked to have a TV in the apartment.

Nice quiet place to rest

Pros: Close to Metro stations, supermarkets and other useful stores. 30 minute walk to main Shinjuku area. More room than the standard hotel rooms in a very quiet area

Cons: Bed is a bit low and there are some steep steps at the entrance if you have mobility issues. Check in instructions arrive a bit late. Helped one guest who couldn't get in because they didn't receive the instructions and didn't have internet access, let them use our rooms wifi to get they check in instructions

Pleasant quiet stay

Pros: Very spacious, lots of storage space and very clean! Also 20 min walk from Shinjuku, and it’s right between two different metro lines. Very convenient. Communication with host is also fast and friendly. Definitely recommend!

So good place to be in Shinkuku

Pros: The place was very nice ! Very good location in Shinjuku, easy to join from Haneda Airport and form everywhere in the city ! Quiet place and very comfy ! The staff was very professional and kind. You can go there with your eyes closed.

A comfortable stay!

Pros: The first feeling when we arrived at this apartment was: The building seemed newly built, the apartment was new and the furniture in the room was also very new. The bowls, chopsticks, pots and pans still have their original labels. Everything is very clean. The shower and faucet at the sink are clean and bright. The apartment is pretty small but quite fully furnished, suitable for us: 2 adults and 1 child. We feel very comfortable when we can buy food at the supermarket to take home, prepare and eat at home. The apartment is about 500m from Akebonobashi Station (In Shinjuku Area). From the train station to the apartment, there are many restaurants and 4-5 convenience stores. The living area is also very quiet because there are mainly Japanese people living around. The apartment owner sent us a very detailed guide, often texted us to ask questions and was very interested in us. We were very happy, it felt like home. Thank you very much!!! 🥰🥰🥰.
