Nice place to stay in tokyo

Pros: Location is great near of the main train stations, near of the heart of shinjuku, many convenience stores near by, pleace is not big but has everything you could need

Cons: Glasses was kind of dirty

Super convenient location

Pros: We loved the location of this place. It was super convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and public transit.

Cons: We wished there was a place to hang clothes to dry. It would have been perfect if there were paper towels and a drying rack for the kitchen.

Pros: It was very close to convenience stores and the public transportation.. You also have a laundry place nearby, but no dryer nor place to dry your clothes. Moreover, the apartment had all the basic stuffs, and that was great.

Cons: The apartment is located in a building that needs some renovation works.

Nice Location

Pros: Location near to Subway and many restaurant and convenient store open for 24 hours. Nice and cozy room. Will stay again when in Tokyo.

Cons: Every morning there will be an alarm to wake you up around 5am-6am. (is the ambulance passed by in sirens and it's loud speaker).

Lovely room and clean.

Pros: Excellent room and location. Very easy to find food in that area. Room is very clean and we can stay for 5 people. 2 bedrooms may be fitted well with Asian people. Will stay again if we come back to Japan. Love it !!!

Pros: “The location is quite comfortable. Right in front of the property there is a bus station, and it is approximately 1 km from Shinjuku Center. With bus 86, you can easily go to Shibuya. The owner responds quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is 55 sqm, which is quite large compared to others in the area, and it has two decent-sized rooms. It is equipped with air conditioning that can also be used as a heater, and there is hot water available.”

Pros: Location is excellent, close to the metro station, bus station is right in front of the building. Close to couple of convenience stores, supermarket, restaurants and stores.

Great location, recommended for a family looking for larger beds and extra space

Pros: This place was great for my family of 4 for a few days. Enough space to relax, a dining table and small kitchen to eat meals in, and having four queen beds was AMAZING. Location was very convenient for using the train and taxis, and getting food in the area.

Cons: The building was a little dingy and NO frills. Street noise was pretty loud. Dryer left a lot to the imagination. There was nothing to put our luggage on, so it just sat on the floor in front of the TV. But all in all, was definitely worth it.
