Enjoyable stay
Pros: The space was good, tidy, and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. It was so convenient having a washer and even laundry powder provided. The location was fantastic. Subways and bus stops were close by, and there was a bus stop right outside the front door that took us to most main connection points, which was really handy. There were plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as convenience stores and even a pharmacy right downstairs. It was also really close to the Yamato Transport Centre, which was perfect for forwarding our luggage.
Cons: The shower was a bit small and occasional sirens from a nearby hospital.

Pros: Everything is exactly matching the description. Kitchenware were missing but the host addressed the missing Kitchenwear right away. Very responsive host. I love the dedicated space for luggage. It is like a walking-in closet.
Cons: I wish they had an extra key. Travelling with 4 adults who like to do different things with one key is a bit difficult. Better yet, maybe keyless entry would be nicer.

Pros: We loved our stay in this apartment. It was spacious and clean. Located near the Metro and a short walk from the Shin-Okubo Station to easily travel on the Yamanote Green Circle Line to every corner of Tokyo. There is an amazing range of convenience stores and the larger supermarket called SANTOKU. We used the laundromat BALUKO. I’d recommend this place to all my friends and family for future stays in Tokyo!
Cons: I would have liked some pots and pans in the kitchen as we definitely used the facilities. That would be my feedback.

Un séjour très confortable dans un logement spacieux et pratique.
Pros: Le check-in a été très simple grâce au document partagé par l’hôte avant notre arrivée. Le logement était vraiment confortable pour un séjour de 9 nuits à Tokyo à 3 personnes : chacun avait suffisamment d’espace. La présence d’une machine à laver a été un vrai plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand espace de rangement, qui permettait de stocker nos affaires et nos valises sans encombrer la pièce à vivre. L’hôte fournit également tous les essentiels utiles au quotidien (fer à repasser, adaptateur, sèche-cheveux, etc.), ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus pratique.
Cons: Ce n’est pas que nous n’avons pas apprécié, mais pour profiter d’un logement aussi spacieux à Tokyo, il faut accepter d’être un peu plus éloigné du centre. Cela restait néanmoins faisable avec les transports. Malheureusement, la machine à laver n’avait pas d’option de séchage, ce qui était un petit inconvénient. Il fallait trouver des solutions pour faire sécher les vêtements, un étendoir serait très utile.

Bon emplacement et facile à trouver
Pros: L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal, proche de la station métro Higachi Shinjuku, juste à traverser le carrefour est on trouve immeuble. Les équipements intérieurs sont au top et on n’y manque rien. Un grand dressing bien conçu, sous le lit en mezzanine permet de stocker les valises.
Cons: Au final, l’appartement est assez petit, mais c’est suffisant, prévu pour 5 personnes. Petite salle d’eau, donc c’est compliqué si vous êtes 5. Les serviettes neuves fournis n’absorbent pas, dommage pour le détail. 45€ de frais de ménage, c’est excessif pour la petite surface, surtout quand on ne reste qu’une nuit ….
