Pros: We had a great stay here! The air con got nice and cold which was needed in the heat of summer in Tokyo! The flat was very clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine! Also great location being next to a train station. Added bonus that was had a sofa bed, even though there was only 4 of us, it meant we could split between the rooms! Highly recommend!

Lovely spot when visiting Shinjuku, Shibuya and Asakusa
Pros: We liked that it was easily accessible from train/metro stations. We also appreciate the host's swift response to our queries. Smooth Check in and check out process. The host provided Very clear instructions. The place is big for a family of four like ours. It would easily accommodate up to 6 pax. The apartment had everything we needed. The toilet, bath and shower are very clean and plenty of hot water. Air-conditioning also works really well. 7-11, family mart and a shop downstairs for convenience. Lots of places to eat especially if you're into Korean cuisine. Highly recommended. Also would like to thank our host for letting us leave our luggage after check out.

Overall, my stay was very positive. The price was excellent value. I would stay here again.
Pros: I loved the location - it was close to the Higashi Shinjuku station that had 2 train lines and it has a drug store on the first floor, a Family Mart & 7-11 on opposite ends of the block, as well as many restaurants available within close walking distance. Even though convenient, it was not a very busy part of Shinjuku/Okubo and was not noisy at all. The size of the property is very spacious and comfortable for my family of 3 (2 adults & a 10 yo). In my opinion, it would still be pretty comfortable for 4 adults as long as you're ok with sharing a bed; there are 2 beds and both are probably comparable to American queen size. The place was clean and the host was very responsive and courteous.
Cons: I really have no major complaints. Some minor areas of potential improvement: - Provide body lotion - Provide more hangers and a indoor drying rack for raining days - The window seal in the bedroom may be loose as I can feel a constant cold draft below my knees (I was there the week around Christmas)

Easy to find, close to public transport, clean and spacious compared to other Tokyo rentals.
Pros: It was clean, very close to public transport, sleeping space for 4 people. It was also quiet compared to other places we’ve stayed in Tokyo. Good value.

Pros: 숙소가 정말 깔끔하고 넓어서 남자 셋이서 머물기에 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 침구도 깨끗했고, 전체적으로 정돈이 잘 되어 있어서 하루의 피로를 풀기에 딱 좋은 공간이었어요. 특히 거실이 넉넉해서 다 함께 앉아 이야기 나누기도 좋았고, 짐을 풀기에도 여유로웠습니다. 위치도 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 신주쿠 역에서 도보로 약 15분 정도 거리인데, 걷는 길도 복잡하지 않고 비교적 조용해서 좋았어요. 숙소 근처에는 편의점이 여러 군데 있어서 필요한 물건을 바로바로 살 수 있었고, 무엇보다 한식당이 많아서 일본 음식이 조금 부담스러울 때도 든든하게 한 끼 해결할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 여행 중 편안하게 머물 수 있었던 만족스러운 숙소였고, 다음에 도쿄를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 이용하고 싶을 정도로 마음에 들었습니다.
