Absolutely the best hotel ever.

Pros: The service provided from time of booking, arrival preparation and departure was like nothing I have ever experienced before. Having had the fortune to travel over the years, I can say with certainty The Prince Gallery Tokyo is unbeatably the best hotel with the most phenomenal staff, I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.

The most amazing hotel in the world

Pros: Everything about this hotel is exceptional, from the location to the staff to the food to the rooms and the views. Having stayed at world class hotels like the Savoy and the Gritti Palace, I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Cons: Its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They request pool users wear a swimming cap.

Pros: The absolute decadence of the hotel including the rooms. Unfaltering cleanliness. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food is excellent quality and supurb presentation. The restaurant is a little expensive, coffee was equivalent to £7.50 each cup.

Cons: Basic coffee and drinks were exceptionally expensive.

It was fabulous and exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The Hotel was amazing and the city lights view from the bar was spectacular. Staff went beyond my expectation. I had one of the best massages in my life. The entrance off the elevator looking out into the bar with such an amazing view. of the Tokyo night lights. The staff was outstanding! The scent in the lobby still lingers in my mind.

Perfect 10/10 hotel in Tokyo

Pros: This was the best hotel on our 2 week trip. The room was spacious and had an absolutely amazing view! The location is perfect for exploring Tokyo, as it is in the middle between Ginza, Shijuku, Shibuya and is super well connected. Breakfast restaurant was stunning with good breakfast and amazing views. Staff was really helpful. Beds were comfy. Overall no complaints! Thanks.
