Amazing hotel, a memorable trip.

Pros: Beautiful hotel and amazing gardens. The staff were outstanding and were ready to help with anything at any time and always with a smile and committment.

Cons: Nothing loved it all.

Pros: Had connecting rooms on a high floor and the rooms were spacious, clean and had a very good view. Beds were comfortable. Gardens are very nice.

Cons: Location was a bit far away for us. Also layout of hotel was confusing - it’s a very large hotel and not well signed.

Pros: Big and clean rooms and amazing views of the Tokyo Skytree! Very helpful and polite staff… Loved the gardens and the convenience shops within this huge complex! Good connections-Tokyo subway only 5 minutes away…

Cons: Layout of the hotel was a bit confusing and there were not many eating/cafe options in the neighbourhood…

Would stay here again, great location and comfortable hotel

Pros: Great choice for breakfast, we really enjoyed it and a stunning roof top location overlooking Tokyo. The room was small but adequate, location was perfect for us and a short walk to train station

Cons: Bath tub and bathroom quite small

Pros: Excellent service, large property with loads of food options in the hotel complex and across the road at Akasaka Mitsuke area, very well located close to multiple train lines, beautiful grounds and hotel surroundings

Cons: Heater could not go below 25 degrees Celcius, so it was a bit warm in the winter. Train lines are a short walk away and closer to other small hotels, but the walk is very doable and mostly sheltered
