Pros: Good location with great public transport connections. The rood was specious and very clean. The room's view was outstanding (you can see Mt. Fuji) and beds were big and comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

Pros: Amazing hotel at the perfect calm peaceful location in Tokyo. Ideal for solo travellers. There is metro station few minutes from the hotel and it is surrounded with all kind of shops and restaurants. Housekeeping is perfect! They clean the room everyday and refil the water battle even tho water is drinkable on tap! I spent 11 nights there and loved every second there! Reception staff speaks very good English and they are super helpful. Also they will keep your luggage if you come early in the morning on after check out if you have late night flight. 10/10 would recommend!

Very good value for money (as of yesterday)

Pros: For this location and for this pricing, this is the best place to stay in this part of Tokyo. The building isn't new (built in 80s?), but is very well maintained. The walls aren't thin like in other affordable business hotels in Tokyo. You can have a good night of sleep.

Cons: Their pricing is gradually going up - so by the time you book this hotel, it might not be as affordable as it used to be.
