Pros: location, room size and service, worth its price in tokyo

Cons: there is a major construction nearby, serious noise problem going on all day. there's no way you can take a nap or just quietly chill out in the room. be sure to check out the construction schedule with hotel if you plan to sleep late or stay in room during daytime

Pros: Excellent rooms, comfort, service in a great location.

Cons: Price point is punchy, but that’s what one pays for the service quality and location.

Convenient stay

Pros: Room is cozy and good for short trips and for one pax only. Location is undeniably excellent with Mitsukoshi Ginza across the road, Tsukiji market a nice 10-15 brisk walk and direct access to metro station just outside the hotel.

Another enjoyable visit to Tokyo

Pros: Excellent location for shops, restaurants and the Metro; room reasonably sized. This is a repeat visit for us as we are confident of the quality of service and customer care. Most staff were able to communicate well in English. I would like to mention Ms Nishida who was extremely helpful in enabling me to get back my iPad that I had accidentally left in the Shinkansen. She communicated with the lost & found dept in Tokyo Station & got clear instructions for me to go & claim it back. Taxis were always available in front of hotel which adds convenience.

Cons: The carpet in the room was not always clean. We like to catch up with the news even on holiday so would appreciate if CNN, the only available channel in English, would not be dubbed in Japanese.
