Pros: This was our second stay at the Kitano in Tokyo - it is an exceptional hotel. Like all places in Japan they have a lot of staff and everything you could hope for is catered to. We really love this place and can't wait to come back!

Clean and modern

Pros: Modern and clean hotel. Staff is friendly and were helpful. The overall quality was pristine and the additional security per floor with key cards was a nice touch. The small kitchenette came in handy. The room is quite spacious considering the Tokyo's standards. Subway station entrance is next door to the hotel.

Cons: The bamboo forest needs to be looked at by the gardener as there are plenty of dead branches and stalks. I enjoyed the stiffness of the mattress a lot, but I can see how it might be too sturdy for some. There is almost nothing in the proximity, so you would have to walk 7-10 minutes to a busy area.

A great hotel

Pros: A great hotel with amazing staff. The room was very spacious and immaculate with all room amenities. In particular, we would like to note that the concierge Mr. Tada is a very warm and pleasant person. He is very professional, helpful and informative. We highly recommend this hotel.
