Pros: Location is quite good - 2 min walk to Hanzomon station which has a good line. Right above Family Mart with 7/11 down the road. Excellent yakitori restaurant across the road. Beds were comfortable and room was fairly soundproof.

Cons: The rooms are small so not much space for suitcases but they got the job done. Bathroom occasionally had a bit of a sewery smell as if coming from the pipes.

Pros: The location and proximity to the subway and good access to central Tokyo. The hotel was offering complimentary breakfast bread (e.g. focaccia bread, croissants, pains au chocolat etc) to guests which was really nice. The king bed was very comfy and we slept really well during our 5 night stay.

Cons: The room size was quite small and tight for 2 people with 4 luggage but from our experience the size of the rooms tend to be quite small in Japan.

If you’re looking for a very good hotel at a very good price and with all you need, this is the one.

Pros: Hotel is in a great location. Train station is next to it as are Bars and restaurants. Family Market just underneath. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Available in the morning in the man hall coffee and pastry are offered for free. Staff is absolutely charming and very helpful. My kids and I came here two years ago and again this year: my hotel to go in Tokyo, 100% ideal!

Pros: The staff was very responsive and very good in understanding English. Our room had a leakage problem and they instantly looked into the matter and changed our room.
