Very polite and helpful staff, great attention to detail and location

Pros: Attention to detail, extremely helpful staff, excellent location, cleanliness.

Cons: Queue for the buffet breakfast. Rooms are nice but a little dated.

Pros: Beautiful hotel and such spacious rooms. Loved the atmosphere. You feel well cared for.

Cons: We paid for breakfast to be included however the buffet breakfast was full (despite looking at the tablet prior to heading to restaurant and did not note there was a waiting time)! so we ate at the a la carte restaurant which you had to pay extra for some of the choices on the menu leaving you with very limited choices and far too expensive for what you get! I do think the hotel is incredibly expensive compared to the amazing and outstanding hotels we stayed at in Osaka. However it was a lavish treat but wouldnt stay again.

Excellent choice for anyone looking for that special something in an hotel.

Pros: The hotel was elegant, clean, and luxurious. Beginnign from the entrance the hotel screamed grand, the staff was helpful and very friendly and highly professional, the attention to small details were the key to make everything seem that much more luxurious. Our room had a lovely view, and it was altogether and excellent place to stay in Tokyo. The facilities were wonderful, especially the lounge bar upstairs with live music and serene atmosphere made relaxing down from the day a wonderful event.

Great location for a quality hotel at a reasonable price

Pros: Great view and good sized room. Restaurants on site were reasonably priced for good quality food Rooms well laid out with good bathrooms

Cons: Furniture ageing slightly plus long walk to rooms We had one smoker in party and Smoking area quite far from room

World-class service and dining, but the accommodations fell short of the value expected for the dail

Pros: The service defines excellence and hospitality. The entire staff is extremely polite, kind, and always proactive in helping, which made a significant difference in our stay. The housekeeping service is flawless. Another highlight is the breakfast at 'Les Saisons,' which offers exceptional quality and is truly worth it.

Cons: I felt a disconnect between the price paid and the physical accommodation provided. The room isn't exactly small, but given the high price point, I expected a superior experience in terms of design and comfort. I believe the room quality needs to be updated to truly align with the luxury level and rates proposed by the hotel.

A room with a fabulous view in a great location!

Pros: Fabulous room on the 31st floor of the tower, with captivating views over the Imperial Palace and Ginza/Yurakacho station (great view of Shinkansen coming and going!). Everything catered for with thought and imagination.

Cons: The reception and general facilities seem somewhat dated, but are still very much revered by Japanese people, including young bridal couples. The whole hotel is due to be upgraded over the next 10 years, so we feel privileged to have enjoyed it in its current form.

Having stayed in many fine hotels around the world, the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo stands up there with the best of them.

Pros: Excellent location close to the Imperial Palace. Old world opulence combined with the latest technology coupled with professional and superb friendly staff made for an excellent overall experience.

Cons: I liked everything about the hotel.
