Classy hotel in a great location

Pros: Beautiful hotel, classy rooms we had a corner room with lots of light, great facilities, staff, location. Our toddler got sick the day before we got to the hotel, I asked the staff about any doctors close by and a gentleman maybe the supervisor came to our room and gave us a contact an international clinic close by, we were able to get straight in and get the medicine we needed. He was a life saver, I really appreciate how he went above and beyond to help us out. Nothing more stressful than a family member getting sick in a foreign country. Thank you.

Good location, room is nice, onsen facility is great.

Pros: Location is good, 5 mins walk from Shimbashi JR station. Room is white spacious with 1 queen sized bed, bed is comfortable. Onsen facility is nice.

Cons: The curtain rear gap (both sides) is big; strong light goes in when sunrise.

Overall, very satisfied with our stay !

Pros: Great location, with plenty of boutiques, restaurants, eateries and cafes adjacent including 24 hour convenience store. Major attractions (Ginza Main Street, Tsukiji and Imperial palace also walkable). While the room size was manageable in terms of size, it was in line with our expectations and we were pleased you supplied a solid bed for our son versus a camp bed. The reception (with comp drinks) and deck off the lobby was also great !

Cons: Some of the USB ports were either not working or compatible with our chargers cables. I had reason the look under the bed to pick up some items that we dropped, and found there was quite a lot of litter )including an old slipper) had accumulated here which left a poor impression on what was other wise a well maintained and cleaned room

Lovely hotel and convenient to everything.

Pros: Great location and lovely hotel. Loads of food options near by and shopping close by also. Loved the quietness of Ginza.

Cons: Young teenage girls told not to wear swimmers in onsen by male worker. This is not for everyone.

Pros: Great room, comfortable good bathroom and amazing train view

Pros: Loved the fact it was surrounded by loads of restaurants and eateries under the railway line, which is hardly noticeable, the Sento is modern and clean

Cons: Lack of hanging space in the room, we only stayed a couple of nights, so lived out of suitcases.

Pros: Convinently located near Shinbashi where various restaurants offered.

If you prioritise service, location and comfort it's the perfect place to stay in Tokyo.

Pros: The location is excellent, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, the sauna was excellent and the hotel was very comfortable. We had no regrets booking and staying here.

Cons: There is a laundry service but not coin washing machines - we were under the impression of the latter from the listing. The hotel room was a little dusty in places (behind the toilet, on the shelf under the TV) but overall the cleanliness was very good.

An amazing stay in a perfect location with great comfort and excellent service.

Pros: I loved everything about this place. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to everything you need. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well designed. The staff were kind and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing.

Cons: Everything was excellent and beyond my expectations.
