A lovely new hotel, great staff and breakfast.
Pros: An excellent hotel - clean, new, modern, comfortable and with excellent staff who will go out of their way to help you. We picked this as our first base on our trip in Japan and weren't disappointed. The bed was extremely comfortable - we wanted to buy the duvet to take home it was that good. The room was on the smaller side but this is normal for Japan. We had breakfast included. It was a wonderful set up: half buffet/half menu. You got all the buffet options plus one choice from a small menu (I mostly went for the omelet). Very happy with the breakfast quality as well as the breakfast room itself - such a nice outlook. And the staff were just so so good here. We loved this area. It was our first time to Japan. It didn't feel touristy - a lot of the time we were walking with all the businessmen and women, and eating at restaurants with locals. Great transport options. Can't wait to return to this location and hotel.
Cons: I wanted to open a window, but no option to do so. No natural ventilation for the room so it felt stuffy/suffocating at times. One night we were woken up by a foul sulphuric odour coming from the airconditioner ventilation (?) But that was a one-off, it didn't happen again.

Perfect location, modern and clean, great breakfast
Pros: Loved my stay here for a total of 5 nights and I got my bags stored here whilst I had a weekend trip, the staff was excellent and provided me with some mini-bars free of charge due to my return/long stay. The room was always clean and the bed was nice. The TV was great and the breakfast was superb, everything it was well decorated from the renovation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location to shimbashi station was phenomenal, I’ve been to Japan so many times, but this has become my new favourite area to stay, it provides one of the best access to all parts of tokyo.
Cons: The room size is on the smaller side, if I was couple or a family, I would struggle staying in the room with a few luggage, there isn't much walk-in space and the bathroom is very small. You’re better off to get a double bed rather than twins if you want better space for your luggage. It does the job and everything is in accordance to the description, so nothing to complain. Thank you for the hospitality.

Pros: The area is wonderful, plus the presence of convenient stores and restaurants in the area are a short walking distance from the hotel, and train stations within the vicinity of the hotel.
Cons: Breakfast options.

Good location and services, value for money.
Pros: Location was great, close to Dotonbori but not in the noisier parts of it. Rooms were clean.
Cons: Depending on when you get back to the hotel there could be a long queue for the lifts as the lifts were quite small and couldn't fit a lot of people. The interior was quite dark but it seems like that's the theme they have gone with. Would have preferred lighter fixtures / walls etc.

Friendly staff and good quality restaurant, but rooms bit old and small.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Easy check in. The restaurant was good in terms of type, variety and quality of food.
Cons: Hotel looked a bit old. The rooms were smaller than the other hotels stayed in Japan.

Pros: Location is great as it is very near several metro lines. It is also located in the quieter side of shimbashi and of walking distance to Ginza area. The wifi was great, and the amenities provided (pj, toiletries, etc) were sufficient. Bottled water was refilled daily. There was a portable humidifier/air purifier provided but I do not know if I used it correctly cos I still felt that the nights were pretty dry. The toilet was spacious and the room size was adequate (can’t complain much since everywhere in Tokyo has small room sizes).
Cons: The pillows were a bit flat to my liking. I did not really utilise the day lounge area (by the window) in the room so it is a bit of a wasted space for me.

Great End to a Brilliant trip to Japan.
Pros: While it was the smallest room we stayed at during our 27 days in Japan - we booked Privilege King Room. The room was big enough for the 2 of us & our luggage. I especially liked the bed as it was the same size as our bed at home. Be aware there is no clothes cupboard/closet so you will be living out of your luggage. The location was was great for walking to Ginza & also getting to Asakusa & Kappabashi as I wanted to shop during our last 3 days this location for me was ideal. It was also really easy for the pre-booked Taxi pick-up at 5:30am for getting to Heneda Airport as they could stop right outside the lobby for pick-up.

Great location
Pros: The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff extremely helpful. The location was excellent, it os a relatively quiet area so no disrupted sleep but was within short distance to excellent shopping and to both the Yamanote line and Ginza subway line which made getting around the city very easy.
Cons: The room was small, which is expected in Tokyo, there wasn’t really too much space to hang clothes. The biggest issue is the lighting, in particular in the bathroom, the lighting is awful making putting makeup on quite tricky at times.

Comfortable stay
Pros: Good location, decent breakfast spread, helpful and friendly staff. Nice beds and good water pressure in the bathrooms and despite being next to a busy road and train tracks er had no noise complaints. Would visit again!
