Pros: Walkable to Tokyo Station but there is also another station close to the hotel. Next to Lawson and a lot of restaurants nearby, including those open 24 hours (or till late). Room is clean and tidy, have free amenities and staff are all very helpful and friendly.

Pros: I had a really pleasant stay at Smile Hotel. The location is super convenient — the subway station is just a short walk away, which made getting around the city really easy. There are also convenience stores and places to eat nearby, so everything you need is right around the corner. The staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. There is cafe managed by hotel downstairs, so ease of access.

Waiting to come back for my third stay

Pros: The room is clean and does the job. Food downstairs was lovely

Cons: Breakfast seems to go a little quick an hour before they finish. The curry was finished. One night the spaghetti was out of stock… the only thing I craved whilst being pregnant there. These two things shouldn’t affect anything as the hotel, staff and food is amazing.

Overall pleasant

Pros: Location is very central. The room had two beds which is why I preferred it to other one bed hotels. Rooms were clean and the staff was nice.

Cons: There are stairs at the entrance of the hotel. Our luggages were heavy so we had to ask the lobby staff to help us. There is another smile hotel chain nearby and their names are very similar (as a tourist). I booked the hotel close to the JR station so we can walk with our luggages however we arrived at the wrong smile hotel. Be careful!

We have a very pleasant and comfort stay at this hotel which offer excellent facilities and services

Pros: we like every things this hotel offers. * Room is little small size but acceptable by Japan standard but have all facilities. *Breakfast is is excellent and good value. * Location is excellent 10/10 : with convenience store (Lawson) have good facilities such photocopy and printing machine, ATM, top up IC card and toilet. Subway access is few doors away and across the road and only 2 stations from main Tokyo station. Good Ramen restaurant is 3 doors away (Menya Nobunaga). I will use this hotel for my next visit to Tokyo again in future. * Staffs are friendly and good English speaking * Good value self-service laundry facilities ( washing machine 300 yen for 5 kg load, drier 100 yen/30 mins. There is a ice machine and vending machine on floor 3.

Cons: There are nothing that we did not like at all about this hotel

Pros: The room size was large for what is typical in Tokyo. It included a small but useful wardrobe.

Cons: Only on the first night were they in the next room making a lot of noise and not letting us sleep.

Very nice helpful stuff. Clean towels every day. Close to Station and Subway. Perfect for sighsteen.

Pros: 20 minutes slow walk from Tokyo Central Station. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Hot water.

Cons: Ventilation grille could be cleaned but overall clean.

Pros: The location is perfect! Right next to 茅場町駅. You can also walk to 日本橋(nihombashi) and several nearby department stores in 10~15 minutes. And the room rate is so affordable, while the room itself is pretty spacious.
