Pros: - Comfortable room size (bigger than some nearby hotels) - good view of Tokyo from the rooms - convenient location (just a short stroll to Takashimaya and Shinjuku Station)

Great location

Pros: Close to everything Offers a good view Well maintained and clean. Staff were amazing.

Cons: We only stayed for a night so it is really not a big deal and we also checked out early however we can hear an ongoing construction next to the hotel which can be bothersome if we stayed for a couple of days.

A fantastic Hotel to stay in! Make sure to book a high floor with Mt Fuji views!

Pros: The Hotel was well situated within Shinjuku. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing 🤩

Cons: It was difficult to contact the Hotel and I couldn’t pay in advance as I didn’t have a Japanese bank account.

Great hotel - highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, lovely hotel and beautiful views, especially the view of Mt Fuji from the restaurant. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons: There isn't a communal area (other than the reception foyer) to relax with friends or family.

We had a great time at the Hotel but it is not a ‘full service’ hotel.

Pros: Great view of east Tokyo. Very comfortable bed and room. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent location.

Cons: No assistance getting luggage to our rooms. No glasses in rooms. The lounge was booked out so we could not enjoy the lunch/afternoon tea.

Convenience and comfort in older hotel

Pros: Spacious rooms with excellent views of Shinjuku. Convenient location being so close to Shinjuku station and shopping centres. Very helpful staff who were courteous even when under pressure.

Cons: Furniture and fittings a little dated without smart TV

Next to Shinjuku Train Station, a lovely hotel.

Pros: Great location next to Shinjuku Train Station. The corner panoramic room’s view was sensational. The room was large, clean with everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Really nice extensive buffet breakfast.
