It was great

Pros: Great location, great breakfast and restaurants in the hotel. Even has a 711 in the hotel and other shops. Rooms are great and the service from staff is excellent.

Cons: No smart TV's or chromecast

Pros: Great location with quivk walk to Shinjuku to get everywhere. Helpful staff. Clean large rooms. Lots of restaurants near y too.

Cons: Breakfast buffet is really good but a tad pricey. But that's a minor complaint at best.

Great staff and comfortable rooms

Pros: A lovely big hotel with wonderful service and comfortable rooms. It was also very easy to access shops, transport and restaurants from there. They had a 7Eleven below the hotel on the lower ground, which was handy for purchasing food, drinks and small gifts.We spent time in the gym too, which was well equipped but very busy in the mornings.
