Good rooms with nice scent at lobby when you walk in. Could improve on signage as when you walk in from main road, can’t

Pros: Good location. Bed and pillows were abit soft. The room size was a bit bigger than Sunroute Hotel. Toiletries were the best so far. Love the bath salts.

Cons: Bed and pillows soft. Didnt have time to try breakfast, but looked good from outside.

Best hotel in Shinjuku

Pros: This is our second time staying here, which is a testament to how much we enjoyed our last stay. The location is fantastic - at the heart of Shinjuku and 5 mins from the train station and bus terminal. The rooms are decently sized by Tokyo standards, the buffet breakfast is good, and we love the ample coin laundry machines spread across three floors.

Very nice hotel close to Shinjuku station

Pros: The room was a really good size for Shinjuku and had a very nice bathroom. The hotel is modern and minimal with a calm, quiet atmosphere. It is in a quiet area but close to the station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wide range of food including some western - eggs, bacon, pastries etc.

Pros: love the location of the hotel, just 3 mins away from Shinjuku station and shopping mall. the concierge is friendly and helpful. layout of the room was good, sample space to store our carry-ons and unpack from our luggage.

Great part of town and easy to get to from Haneda airport

Pros: Clean and comfortable and so close to the Shinjuku station. Close proximity to a number of feature places but also easy to get any train to anywhere ( just make sure you study a few videos about navigating the train/subway system in Tokyo
