Nice stay in Shinjuku and a great choice for the marathon as only a short walk to the start line

Pros: Great location with easy access to transport links with on site restaurants and bar. Ideal hotel for a short stay in Tokyo. Nice touch that they provide free toiletries and other small items you may have forgotten to pack.

Pros: Very big rooms and very clean! Next to Shinjuku line and has airport limousine. Family mart across the street!

Pros: Great location, we booked because the airport limousine picks up from here and the pick-up was really easy and on-time. Staff were really helpful and had our luggage ready that we had sent there, they also stored it for a few days. The room is standard size for Tokyo but it was helpful that there was room under the bed for suitcases.

Pros: Cannot fault my stay. Check-in and check-out was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was a guest laundry (coin operated) and microwave for use. Restaurants on site. They gave loan umbrellas when it was raining! Really close to the train station. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, clean , comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Very convenient location next to Shinjuku station but fairly quiet at night. Excellent staff with good English and friendly attitude. Nice amenities station in reception. The airport limousine bus drops and picks up here although we didn’t use it. We would stay here again

Quiet rooms in great location

Pros: Very quiet rooms in a great location. In the quieter side on Shinjuku. The hotel held our luggage for a couple of days before we arrived from our previous location. Staff very friendly and helpful.
