Great location and a lovely stay

Pros: Great location a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Clean room with good amenities, bathroom was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea available in the lounge each morning was nice.

Cons: Room was quite small, however for Tokyo not too bad.

Enjoyable stay in the heart of modern Tokyo

Pros: Great Shinjuku location, diametrically opposite from Memory Lane, and moments from great restaurants. The facilities are modern, clean and highly recommended. 24hr front desk and friendly staff.

Cons: Couldn't really open the window, there was a stopper in place to prevent it.

Pros: The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. The cultural activities and bar are a pleasing bonus.

Cons: I have no complaints.

Pros: Arrived from the airport early morning, asked staff if they could store my bags for the day so I could explore. They were more than accomodating and even arranged an early check in for me, much earlier than I had expected to be able to get into the property. More than comfortable and easy access from the train station.

An enjoyable and wonderful stay

Pros: The rooms was clean and cosy, water pressure for showering was strong, wifi was good, There was always something exciting happening in the lobby. There was a large variety of tea and other drinks to select from for breakfast. The hotel was basically a 5 to 10 walk away from Shinjuku station, which is one of the many transport hubs of Tokyo. There are Lawsons, Family Marts and 7-11 convenience stores all around. There are restaurants within a few minutes walk away.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.
