Friendly staff, great facilities, good location

Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful, the check in and out process was easily done through the kiosks with the staff to help. The location was close but also away from the chaos with convenience stores close by. The room was spacious and even when we asked for the room to not be cleaned, they still left clean towels which were appreciated.

Cons: Depending on where you want to be located it is a bit of a walk especially after a long day of exploring.

A very convenient location to visit Tokyo

Pros: A very convenient location to visit Tokyo, the accomodation is modern and simple and very clean.

Cons: The pillows were quite uncomfortable (rough, with grains), my neck still hurts... The staff was very nice and helpful but the check-in process seems very slow when you are a foreigner (it was difficult to find our booking, keeping our luggage seemed very complex to organize). The rroms on the second floor are next to the breakfast room and close to the AC compressors.

Pros: We loved the location and the quiet rooms. Breakfast buffet was standard Japanese with some western options. Nice serene atmosphere

Pros: The location is great, it's quiet at night and within walking distance to the train stations, bus stops and bustling areas in Shinjuku. Loved how you can see the status of the washing machines on the TV.

Cons: Felt like the bathroom could have been designed better - remove the bathtub and shower curtain. Our toilet seat cover and bathroom floor was dirty with foot prints. Not a big deal as we assumed it was the cleaners, but more care could have been taken with this.
