Good experience on our revisit.
Pros: The breakfast is amazing! The lobby with a lot of games
Cons: The rubber slippers. Would prefer a bigger bottle of lotion

Nice upmarket hotel in Ginza, a good break from the busyness of the city.
Pros: I liked the spacious rooms and the bed. I thought the snack bar was nice, staff were great.
Cons: A few things were outdated. The TV was old fashioned and the shower room had some mold spots and a musty smell. Also a bar just shouldn’t be closing at 10.

Great stay to experience busy activity of Ginza
Pros: Relaxed and chilled vibe, which was unexpected in centre of Tokyo. Fantastic rooms with large comfortable beds and spacious bathroom, which was all good size compared to other Tokyo accomodation.

Wonderful place to stay in Ginza, not as expensive as other chain hotels
Pros: Very clean, good space, great location (near all the nice shops but still in a quiet street), free snacks

Convenient and relaxing stay.
Pros: We only stayed for one night, but the room was kept clean and we were quite central in Ginza 10 mins away from the station. The shower room itself felt like a little onsen which was nice. Water bottles with water dispensers on each floor was handy and the breakfast was delicious!
Cons: Our room was facing another building so we didn't have much of a view to look at.

Ideal for shopping: steps from Ginza's luxury brands
Pros: The hotel boasts an exceptional location in the heart of Ginza, placing all the renowned boutiques right at your doorstep. We were delighted to find the rooms spotlessly clean and well-appointed.
Cons: My friends were staying at the hotel with their 11-year-old child. Initially, the hotel did not provide a third bed. When we asked for an extra bed at the reception, the staff said it was impossible to add one, which was very strange. Only after a lengthy discussion did they agree to bring another bed. The situation was particularly odd given that my friends had mentioned during the reservation that there would be three people. In the restaurant at breakfast, the chef struggled to prepare the eggs correctly on three occasions. First, for my friend, they fried the eggs on both sides three times, even though he had asked for sunny-side up. Then, I was offered scrambled eggs instead of an omelet. The next day, I received an omelet with ham instead of a plain one. My impression is that the staff have difficulty understanding English.

Great hotel in a great location
Pros: Loved the location. It is placed right in the ginza shopping area. Uniqlo flagship store is a 5min walk. Great that check out is at 12 (vs 11am for most hotels). They were kind enough to extend our check out to 1pm. We faced a tough time finding vegetarian food in tokyo, but in Hyatt the staff was very accommodating and made vegetarian versions of their dishes for us ! Will definitely stay here again....
Cons: Wash basin in the room ! But that's nothing much, only a tiny niggle overall.

Pros: Location / friendliness and helpfulness of staff / immediate attention to needs expressed
Cons: room has some little details which is not functional and user friendly. Example wash basin is outside bathroom and there is no proper lighting or place for the ladies to do their make up properly. we stayed in Hyatt Centric Melbourne and the room was very well thought out and very functional. that is why we chose Hyatt Centric when we were in Tokyo.

Pros: Room size and layout are great and very spacious shower / bathroom. A bit confused by the who this hotel is targeting, as seems to designed and staffed for a young market but priced at a higher end.
Cons: Staff were generally very friendly but seem really young and inexperienced (especially in the bar/restaurant)
