Perfect Stay!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is truly excellent — convenient, central, and perfect for exploring the area. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of amenities provided. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options and high-quality products. But the absolute highlight for us was the hot baths. It was completely relaxing and honestly the best surprise of our stay. We didn’t expect to enjoy it that much, but it turned out to be unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Great location for a Tokyo trip

Pros: AMAZING location, nearby to 3 main underground stations with a tonne of restaurants, cafes and conbini nearby. It was busy in the area on weeknights which gave it a nice vibe without feeling unsafe or overcrowded. The visual aesthetic of the rooms was very beautiful and a good amount of bench space. The bath on the 9th floor was good even though very busy at times and the coin operated laundromat was a great help. The window opened which was a lovely option

Cons: The showerhead in the bathroom was terrible and the bed is probably the hardest bed I've stayed on during our trip to Japan. The room was very small but this is to be expected of Japan - even with two suitcases we managed to make it work. Limited storage and limited natural light but for a short trip or one where youre not in the room much its fine.

Pros: Compact but modern and efficient room and all amenities included. Felt cosy.

Cons: Room smaller than I had expected.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. As expected in Japan, the room size was standard and compact but efficiently designed. The breakfast was good with satisfying options, and the free shuttle bus was punctual and convenient, making travel easy. Overall, a great stay and would consider returning.

Clean, functional and friendly.

Pros: Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free coffee/tea bar was a nice bonus.

Pros: Very comfortable rooms. Adjustable temperature. Nice breakfast buffet and roof top terrace. Very peaceful hotel to return to after a long day of sightseeing.

Great, central, convenient starting point for your trip to Tokyo

Pros: Breakfast was great. Very central and convenient location.

Cons: Rooms are very small and ours didn't have an external window so was dark - but we weren't in it much.

Once again a fantastic stay

Pros: I will always stay in this hotel if I have the chance. It's my second time and it was as good as I remembered it. Convenient location walking distance from/to two well connected stations, the whole hotel's vibe is so relaxing, from the lobby to the rooms to the spa. Amazing products (both in the room and the spa), big, comfy beds (two types of pillows), friendly and helpful staff... always great.

Cons: It would be perfect if there was a microwave for guests to use.

Pros: We really enjoyed this property and its location. Staff were very nice and spoke English but also spoke Japanese when we asked. Really good price for the size of the room and the amenities included.
