Decent hotel in a lively location

Pros: Had a 3 weeks stay in the hotel and was overall satisfied with the hotel and its amenities. The hotel is located in a very lively and busy area, full of restaurants, shops, bars, so you don't need to travel around Tokyo for nice food, if sometimes you don't feel like it. The staff was very accommodating, the room cleaning schedule depends on your request. Even though the hotel isn't brand new and might need some refreshment (such as wall painting), the room and the bathroom were always very clean. I stayed in a single room, not big (as it was expected) but not super tiny either. The bathroom was a decent size too.

Cons: Sometimes you can hear the noise from the bars downstairs, especially on the weekend, so you need ear plugs for sleeping.

Pros: I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel — twice! I would definitely choose it again for my next visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. My room was clean and comfortable, and I especially liked the bathroom. While the rooms are on the smaller side (as expected), I still had enough space to store my two suitcases in the hallway without any issues. They also provided a little skin care bag. They also provided cold water and a small breakfast in the lobby.

Cons: There are not many power outlets to charge your phone or use electronics.

Good hotel for a good price. Don't expect much from the breakfast.

Pros: One gets the feeling that this was a \

Cons: Poor breakfast - simply a few trays of baked goods in the lobby to take back to one's room.

Great affordable hotel in a great location

Pros: The location and area around hotel, a mini version of Shibuya without the crowds. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Plus very close to two metro stations Great shower, room is small but fine for one person, it is still very cost effective to have a room each of you in this great location. Breakfast is basic but it was more than a enough to start the day

Cons: Absolutely nothing, I would stay here again

Near-perfect stay for the start of our honeymoon

Pros: Beautiful room, clean, comfy huge bed, perfect location, super friendly and accommodating staff. Loved the complimentary packs of bath salts, the foot massager in the room and the daily free water bottles.

Cons: The lighting in the bathroom was very dark and one bulb was not working, and there were no plugs next to the bed.

Perfect stay for exploring Tokyo by subway

Pros: Very friendly and supportive staff. We had to extend our stay for one day due to flight cancelation. It was no problem. Very good place for exploring Tokyo by subway. Many restaurants nearby

Cons: Moisture firms on the ceiling of the room when the air conditioning is running continuously. There is no separate room available for breakfast

Nice hotel, great location, ideal if you plan not to spend any time in your room.

Pros: Great location! Lots of eating options, close to the subway. Very clean rooms!

Cons: We felt the breakfast was pretty meagre and having to eat in your room as there is no dinning area was a hassle. Especially give that our room didn't have enough space for us, let alone an eating area. And we weren't much pleased to discover the room rate near doubles for the weekends.

The best hotel

Pros: The staff was very polite, they helped us with everything we asked for, and last but not least, they were very nice people overall. The room was very clean and nice. You have 24h coffee, water and tea if you want

Cons: I dont have so many downsides, its not nessecary a bad thing but we got to many towels, so we could not use it almost before we got a new one, so you dont have to worry about beeing clean
