Pros: Allowed us to drop our bags off and then they kindly had them placed in our room by check-in time. Good location, on the bigger side of Japanese hotel rooms and very clean.

Pros: Location was central to the main part of Shinjuku. Basic accommodation with a bed after a long day of travel.

Cons: We didn’t find anything to dislike. No teabags was all.

Excellent hotel that is in a central location

Pros: Great location. Close to Shinjuku station but away from the hubub that surrounds the station. Lots of small, independent restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The team are very helpful and accommodating. The room was spot on. The hotel is excellent value for money.

Pros: Great location. Staff were very accommodating when we arrived as our plane was late and someone had to let us in after midnight.

Excellent.. one of the best finds I made in ages.

Pros: Really convenient location and great value for money. Will be staying here for all my stays in Shinjuku. 2 minutes away on foot from the metro station but in a side street so its in a very nice and quiet area away from the drunks and chaos. The best mattress I have slept on in a very long time.

Cons: Nothing. Rooms are small, but for this price Im certainly not complaining.

Great location and big room!

Pros: The location of this hotel is brilliant! It is really close to the main areas and station but feels tucked away and quiet. The room was a brilliant size for Tokyo standard (we had the deluxe room) and facilities were great.
