Pros: The view was superb and the location amazing. Our room was great, little touches everywhere. Loved it. We arrived at night and it was really cold and they gave us a warm lemon drink while we sat and sorted ourselves out. A little expensive but we did choose to stay in a really nice room. Anyway, worth it. And just to reiterate it, the view was superb!

Beautiful view and a beautiful room.

Pros: Wonderful view of Tokyo, spacious room, amazing bath tub. The staff went out of their way to show us to our room, take our suitcases, etc. Loved the lounge which had complimentary snacks and drinks.

Exceptional 5 star luxury hotel in centre of the action

Pros: Amazing hotel - the views and the room were awe inspiring. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

Cons: Nothing! I get scared of lifts but that’s my fault not the hotel! 🤣

The best view in Tokyo!

Pros: Breathtaking view - you can see all the way to Skytree and beyond! One of the best in Tokyo. Waking up to it is something special. The bed was so comfortable & room was really luxurious.

Cons: Incredibly minor complaint as it wasn’t an issue for us, but for some it may be inconvenient getting in and out of the hotel. It took a bit of walking & 3 separate elevators to get to & from the room - that’s the cost you pay for the view & was absolutely worth it.

The Star of Tokyo

Pros: An outstanding experience - spacious arrival area. Felt like we were the only ones at the hotel - meet and greet to the check in was super. The Junior corner suite was amazing - it was beyond expectation and every little touch was superb. Special surprise for my wife on her birthday, everything you want in a 5-star experience. Bath was lovely, bed comfy, touches were sublime and food was amazing - room service; breakfast; just lovely. Cannot understate the tremendous stay here.

Cons: The 5pm drinks were a bit below what experienced at other hotels - a wider selection of drinks and nibbles would be amazing.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at

Pros: Now I've stayed in a few classy hotels in my life, but this hotel blew them all out of the water... It was amazing! The view of Tokyo from my bedroom was exceptional, and the staff was so on point and accommodating, the service was excellent. There is a chill out lounge available for you to get your own snacks and tea for free, and relax with a view of the city. There are a few restaurants there too, I went to the wagyu one and was served a fine dining course experience with a personal chef for a very low cost, I was impressed. This hotel is one of those where while it is pricey, it is also something where you get what you pay for - I will be here again soon.

Stunning views

Pros: We were blown away by the views! I highly recommend booking the Garden View rooms here. We spent over an hour spotting all the famous landmarks in Tokyo, and with the help of our camera's zoom lens, we managed to see them clearly. Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Dome, Tokyo Station, Tokyo Tower, the entire Shibuya and Shinjuku areas, and more – you can even see the Landmark Tower in Yokohama from the room! Everything else, from cleanliness to service and breakfast, was top-notch. It’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it.

Cons: The moment you step out of Kabukicho Tower, you are in the heart of Kabukicho. Some may find the lively atmosphere a positive, while others, especially those with families, may not. In our case, everything was good.

I would visit Japan again just to stay at Bellustar hotel.

Pros: The service from the staff was excellent. Everyone truly went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. The restaurant dining experience was incredible and the service from our waiter was exceptional. To top it all off, the king premier suite, its city views and luxurious hotel facilities made me feel absolutely spoilt.

Cons: I am unable to find something that I did not like.
