Convinient

Pros: Great location, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Baggage storage on day of check out was excellent, gave us time to roam around without carrying anything.

Pros: Warm welcome. Clean and comfortable. Room is compact, bathroom good size in comparison. Neat touches, eg no steam kettle, housekeeping options) Location in side street - quiet, with great cafes, bars&restaurants nearby. 10 min walk to Shinjuku, 15 min to station.

Cons: Room is compact, hangers, no wardrobe. Limited food options in hotel.

Pros: Very close to Shinjuku station. Room was very clean and enough space for a big suitcase. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood was also very quiet.

Cons: The room is so tiny, with two adults and two kids.

Convenient and pleasant

Pros: Excellent location. Convenient check in when arriving from a flight very late. Clean and comfortable. Shower was really strong and hot, great. Bed was comfy.

Cons: - Some issue with strange noises in the early morning, which may have been from the pipes/heating but I'm not sure (didn't sound like other guests and happened each morning the same) - Very small room but I was made aware of this before booking; and to be fair the layout/organisation of the room made it highly effective for it's compact size (eg. The shelf behind the bed meant that no bedside cabinet wasn't an issue) so it worked well

Great stay. Good value for money. Great location

Pros: Great location. Only a few minutes walk to Shinjuku station, and loads of restaurants etc around. It’s in a quieter spot which makes it nicer and less hectic! Rooms were relatively spacious for a Tōkyō hotel. Ideal if you forward your main luggage to a ski resort from the airport. Staff were super friendly and polite.

Cons: Nothing. It was a good stay

Pros: The room was Japanese standard size, not very big but good enough and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the service was wonderful with such a friendly and helpful team. I highly recommend it for two people traveling with light luggage. The location is excellent, super close to restaurants and the city center, which made everything very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: A little bit loud. I could hear the water from other rooms, but nothing too bad…
