Pros: Great location, very clean, and nicer than it appeared in the photographs.

Cons: The main attraction (Godzilla) viewing deck wasn’t open for the duration of our stay.

Pros: Really great, nice rooms had space. Friendly staff.

Cons: They didn't refresh room facilities automatically, you had to find a sign and put on door, we did not know this. And was left without tea and coffee for next morning.

Quality hotel in the heart of in the of Shinjuku .

Pros: Hotel Gracery is a 4 star hotel located in the heart of Shinjuku. It’s easily accessible via a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Train Station East exit or a 5 minute taxi ride. If you have luggage I’d suggest you catch a cab which will cost you about 1200 yen. The hotel is modern and exceptionally well maintained.Rooms are small by western standards and pillows are super hard.Surprisingly the bathroom is a good size. Plenty of Japanese and Western food options easily accessible.
