Great staff, with free bottled water daily and free snacks for kids! Rooms was spcacious and clean!

Pros: We did not have breakfast at the Hotel (due to we always wake up late), so unable to comment. But looking at the soup and smelling of the bread when walking past, they smell delicious and nutritious. Location was excellent, with big stations close by and a chemist right downstairs which we only saw on our last day, which was a pity! There were all 3 convenience stores right downstairs which is super convenient. Room was spacious for a family of 4, with space to open up all luggage with sofa and decent size desk and even a small coffee table. Bathrooms are clean and have enough space for our clothes in the closet.

Pros: Proximity to Hatchobori sta, conbinis and great restaurant within the building

Cons: The booking was for 4, two adults and two kids but Children’s breakfast was not included in the price so had to pay extra.

Pros: Appreciated that the triple room had 3 small double beds. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. PJ's provided as a nice extra touch. Friendly staff, and able to check-in at noon (w/ extra fee).

Cons: Not much space for luggage in the room. Wouldn't get the breakfast again as 7-11 or Dennys nearby would be better. Location not really suited for tourists. A Train a bit of a walk if you have a lot of luggage.

Pros: Located a little bitte outside the hustle and bustle of Tokyo you still have good connections with various metro lines, Tokyo Station is a 15-20 Minute walk away. You can buy breakfast on the Spot, it is served in the adjacent Royal Host in Buffet style. Good value for money. Rooms are big for Tokyo and you get all the expected amenities. Beds are firm and comfy.

Pros: Hotel was ok. A bit old fashioned bit the presonnel was polite and nice. Room were cleaned daily from rubbish and sheets were lined and towels were changed.

Pros: Great location for exploring Tokyo bay, Disneyland and the surrounding areas Breakfast was a great mix of traditional Japanese and western favourites Room was a very descent size for a Tokyo hotel and very comfortable

Cons: More entertainment options would have been a plus. Like being able to stream your favorites from your phone.
