Nice hotel to travel around Tokyo

Pros: The hotel is easy to reach with several subway and train lines at within few minutes of walking distance. The room was very clean and with a lot of nice amenities. The staff was very nice and there was always someone available at the front desk 24/7. In fact we had no problems checking-in even though we arrived almost 7 hours later due to a delay with our flight. The services included were good

Pros: We stayed at APA Hotel Kayabacho Hachobori Ekimae with two children (1-year-old in a pram and a 6-year-old) and had a really positive experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Kayabacho and Hatchobori stations, making it easy to get around Tokyo without long walks, which is a big plus when travelling with kids. There are convenience stores, cafés, and family-friendly restaurants nearby, so grabbing breakfast or snacks was effortless. As expected with APA hotels, the rooms are compact, but they were very clean, modern, and well organised. The beds were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. We were able to manage fine even with a stroller by folding it when needed. The hotel has elevators, which made things much easier with luggage and children. Staff were polite, efficient, and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The hotel felt quiet and safe, which helped the kids settle at night after long sightseeing days.

Pros: Like every other APA, spotless clean, very convinient and in a very good location in terma of getting from/to NRT or HND Airports.

Nice APA hotel, located close to Tokyo JR line with great staff, but lacking in some facilities.

Pros: Staff were very attentive, kind and tried their best when there were small things lost in translation.

Cons: When they do the room cleaning every 3 days, it would have been great if they would wipe down the tables or at least around the edges giving a quick dusting. I'd come into my room and would find the bins and bed taken care of, but the table (and table mirror) would often remain dusty. Also having one washer/dryer for the whole building was not beneficial. I was only available to wash my clothes at 3am (this was the only time it was free) and stay awake till 5 to make sure I completed a full wash and dry without holding up any other people waiting.

Cons: The rooms are small. Its not bad but if i had to say anything keep this in mind. We didnt find this bad but you need to know.

Great experience

Pros: Great location close to a subway station in a calm neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was very clean and indeed small, but that’s what we expected. The staff were very helpful.

Pros: It was a lovely, clean and comfortable hotel, staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Good location nearby the metro and konbini’s. The bed was good, room a bit small but you get used to that quickly.

Cons: Only one elevator in such a busy hotel if we had to mention something.

APA is the place to choose when in Tokyo

Pros: APA is awesome! Small room, but has anything you need for a nice short stay.
