The stay was fantastic. The staff were totally friendly and helpful.

Pros: The shower set up is exceptional. A fully enclosed unit so the rest of the bathroom can stay dry while you are showering. The massage chair is next level! It gives an extensive and strenuous work over.

Cons: The room was traditionally quite compact as we were expecting.

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Ginza / Hibiya / Yurakucho stations, and there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby to explore, not to mention all the fancy malls in Ginza. The hotel is modernly decorated and the room we stayed in was very clean and tidy. And the staff were really friendly and would greet you at the lobby.

Cons: As always, you can't expect too much space staying in a Tokyo hotel. The room is a bit cramped without too much extra space other than the bed and desk.

We stayed three nights at here when we first arrived Tokyo. The hotel close to the train station, easy to go everywhere.

Pros: Convenient location, close to many shops and restaurants. Nice and clean bed, friendly staff.

Fantastic as always!

Pros: I love the Remm, perfect location, showers excellent and staff super helpful. Plus there’s a Dean & Deluca nearby for coffee although the free drip coffee is also good. Excellent value for money too.

Cons: The rooms can be a little small but it’s offset by the positives
