Excellent service and location

Pros: The staff are excellent. Hotel is centrally located, and linked to Otemachi station, which is just one stop away from Tokyo station. The rooms are cleaned daily and are immaculate. The gym is 24 hours and well equipped. I also liked that there was a washer dryer in the studio.

Excellent apartment hotel in central Tokyo

Pros: Very well equipped room comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom. The little kitchen had everything and when we asked for a toaster it was supplied. Unusually for a hotel the hairdryer was better quality than I have at home! Ofcourse excellent quality comes at a cost but we could not fault the service we received or quality of our room. The location was pretty central close to Tokyo main railway station.

Cons: Everything was excellent we will stay again next time we are in Tokyo.

Quiet and pleasant hotel with a great location next to the Imperial Garden

Pros: A nice and quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent right next to the Imperial Garden which makes for a scenic and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and convenient place to stay!

An up-market downtown hotel with a kitchenette and a fantastic view.

Pros: This is an upmarket hotel in an excellent position. We had fantastic views of Mount Fuji and used the kitchenette. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and there is easy access to the subway.

Cons: It is an expensive place and lacks a little charm. There could have been a few snacks or drinks provided.

Good, we'd go back.

Pros: Obviously a bit of a mix between business and tourist hotel. Very much run in the business tradition. That said as a tourist it was within walking distance of Central Station and access to the metro is available within the building. It's located a quieter part of the city (which for us was good) if you want nightlife and a good restaurant culture, you won't find it here. There is a pool, which has an 'odd' booking procedure but we gained access for a couple of nights and it helped take away some of the days weariness

Cons: Breakfast was expensive and boring. We had it on our first morning. After that first morning we went out and ate locally. Better for a lot less money
