Pros: The location was great, super close to the train station. And at about a 10 minutes walk from Kabukicho. The property supplied lots of toiletries and other necessary items.

Cons: The towels were very old and didn't dry well. Our room was right by the check-in station, so it would get a bit loud anytime new guests arrived.

Pros: Location is good. It is 5-10 mins walk from shin okubo station. There are many shops, restaurants, grocery store and convenience store within the vicinity. We also like the amenities in the rooms. Overall, we had a great stay here.
