Pros: Lovely property with great transport connections, lots of subway lines nearby. Very clean and quite spacious room, fully renovated historical building with a character of its own. Very friendly and accommodating staff

A unique Japanese experience

Pros: We loved the spacious room, the shower was very luxurious, and the traditional Japanese design really made us feel connected to the spirit of the trip.

Cons: Personally, I connected with it a bit less, but my travel partner loved this hotel the most out of all the places we stayed. I’m giving it a high rating because in the end, it really comes down to personal taste.

Pros: An absolutely magic place to stay. The couple who run the ryokan, and the wonderful lady who cooked breakfast, were warm and hospitable. Brekkie was marvelous, the room was lovely and the location was atmospheric and convenient. We arrived earlier than expected but they kindly checked us in straight away. Can't recommend more highly.

Cons: Nothing- place was fantastic.
