Worth the price for comfort and experience

Pros: Everything! This hotel is great the “love hotel” genre can be hit or miss with some chains being dirty but this one is exceptional. Rooms are big and fully soundproof so you can relax in peace and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in.

Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like

Pros: Incredible location within Shinjuku which you’d expect it to be loud, but the soundproof rooms were perfect. I’d definitely suggest the private sauna/cold plunge for after a long day of walking

Convenient & Friendly

Pros: The location was super easy to get around, right in the middle of Shinjuku main area. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean with lots of extra goodies like great teas, coffee, toiletries & lotions. We loved having a bath & huge TV.

Cons: The bed & pillows weren’t very comfortable but just not what I’m used to I guess. Room is very small.

Central AND quiet

Pros: Really central, for Shinjuku and to travel around with the subway/trains. Really quiet room to be that hectic outside. Nice almneties in the room. Very friendly staff. All in all, would not think twice about returning.

Pros: Fantastic location beautiful hotel amazing staff and facilities

Cons: Rooms have nowhere really to put large suitcases. The sauna and spa are unfortunately very expensive to use and we were under the impression that it would be free for guests given it was included in the advertising photos.

Good place to be in the crazy location

Pros: Location was good to be in the heart of the crazy stuff. Roo. Was quite and we didn't hear people from outside. So many little extras in the room to make stay enjoyable... bath crystal, hair brush, facial creams etc. The toilet seat was heated, and we had no idea how to turn off. So weird 🤣

Cons: The bed was a little too firm and the room was tiny but we managed. It felt like the size of a caravan

Pros: The location in the middle of Shinjuku and proximity to the station and walking distance to all Shinjuku highlights. The room had special features, such as a microwave oven and a great japanese bathroom with fun features (TV, LED colored bath, etc).

Cons: The room we stayed in was very humid.
