My stay was super great, staff was very helpful and friendly

Pros: Great staff, clean and location was perfect to ho anywhere

Terrific stay - but don’t count on laundry unless you want to stay up past midnight!

Pros: Small but everything you need! Loved it and the mini couch we had too!

Cons: Laundry was inaccessible most of the time because people left their washing overtime/locked in the machine

Pros: The room was nice little bit on the small side really nice large bathroom good location 5 minutes walk to shinjuku train station where you can get a train to Tokyo in 25 minutes we also got the shinkansen bullet train to kyoto from here would highly recommend staying here there's lots of restaurants near the hotel also 👍

Cons: Could offer a little more choice at breakfast but still very good also there's plastic bottles your can fill up with ice water to take with you to keep nice touch

Pros: Modern fitout, very friendly staff Location very near best restaurants, izakayas and shopping malls in Shinjuku.

It's a great hotel for short stay and for anyone who doesn't mind being in the red light area.

Great location close to train stations, the location does border on the red light district but it was totally ok.

Pros: Very clean, good location close to train station. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Laundry facility was great & breakfast was great.

Cons: The very short lane to the hotel seems a bit dodgey at night & early morning but the hotel borders on the red light district, we had no problems but if travelling with young family it might be a bit off putting.

Pros: Great location - plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. ~15 min walk to Shinjuku station Bathroom - spacious and clean. TV - has casting function, enabling streaming of own services. TV also provides updates of which washing machines are available + remaining time for items to complete washing. Staff - friendly, helpful.

Cons: Room is on the smaller side (though this was to be expected). Unable to enter/exit the room if leaving suitcases open. Area is part of the red-light district, so be mindful if travelling with family/children.

Pros: The service was excellent. I lost my wallet while traveling in Japan, and a staff member named Uzaki went above and beyond to help me. Uzaki personally accompanied me to the police station and assisted me in reporting the lost/stolen wallet. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during a stressful situation made a huge difference. I’m extremely grateful for the support and highly recommend their service.

Great location and lovely stay

Pros: The location was great, only a 10-15min walk from Shinjuku station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were always made well. There was heaps of facilities including communal washing machine, microwave and water.

Cons: The rooms are of course quite small as expected in Tokyo so it’s quite cramped sharing with someone. The location is in a red light district but honestly they do not disturb foreigners at all! You could hardly tell you were in that part of town.
