The Centurion Classic Akasaka

Great stay and perfect location

Pros: Excellent staff, friendly, attentive and dedicated.

Cons: Room was difficult to get the right temperature, but that could be due to lack of knowledge of how to properly use the systems.

We will be staying here again. Close to restaurants and train station with handy lines.

Pros: Second time staying here. Love the hotel. its location is perfect.

Cons: The photo of the room on the internet made our room look bigger than it was, but still ok.

Excellent facilities and top notch customer service

Pros: - Excellent central location, close to the metro - Allowed us to store our luggage for free after check out - Accommodating with extra coffee pods and bottled water etc. - Very comfy bed - Modern toilet and shower facilities - I was really impressed with how polite, considerate and kind the staff were! - Large spacious room - Multiple options for lighting - Ample amenities i.e. robes and slippers We would 100% stay again

Pros: A lovely property with very spacious rooms, close by to eateries and transport. Very attentive staff. I would definitely recommend and having nothing to fault on this property of its staff.

Wonderful hotel in Akasaka

Pros: The room was very spacious, it's designed in a bit of a dated way. We had a washing machine in the room and used the drying function of the bathroom to dry our clothes since the drying function doesn't really do much in the machine. Overall the hotel and staff were really nice and welcoming!

Cons: Even though the hotel is non smoking there's still a smell of cigarettes in the corridor (of the 7th floor) so if that could be solved it'd be great

Exceeded expectations

Pros: I couldn't have been happier with our stay here at the Centurion. The staff were beautiful, so polite and helpful. The facilities were amazing and I was so impressed with our room. I didn't know what to expect especially when it came to the size of the room but it exceeded my expectations. I will stay here everytime and will recommend to anyone. We were a family of 4 kids being 13 and 10 and it was enough room. The fresh towels everyday, fresh water bottles everyday!! Location is perfect. Quick walk to train stations, family mart metres away. Couldn't have loved this stay more. The dry room in the shower was very convenient same as the washer. They had information booklets and made it so easy.

Great location, spacious corner room, very clean and tidy and comfortable beds.

Pros: The room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 juniors. The room was clean and tidy and it was a great location for catching trains, dining out and accessing shops. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons: The sofas provided in the room were not very comfortable to sit on so we used the beds to sit down on. I could not operate the heating system as it was not in English so the room was a little on the chilly side in January.

Great location, fabulous staff, large

Pros: Location and staff were fabulous. Tons of restaurants nearby, near two different train stations. Staff were wonderful with requests and help forwarding luggage. I really liked the area, we felt safe and it was not too touristy. The rooms were large which was quite a treat, we loved the Japanese premium family room with bunks for the kids!

Cons: The hotel is a bit run down and needs updating. We had a room where the toilet and sink were together which made mornings hard. For the price I would have liked room cleaning.
