Pros: It was actually quite spacious for a hotel in Japan. Great location, just 10mins walk to Shinjuku. Would stay again!

Cons: The only thing is checkout is too early...10am. And then 1,000 yen per hour to extend this...a bit strange.

Pros: Great location, close to everything Shinjuku yet still nice and quiet. Clean rooms, and very comfy beds. Great value for money.

Great location and well‑equipped, but the air‑con was hard to control. Soundproof and ideal for a short stay.

Pros: Location was great. Had everything we needed in the tiny room. Perfect for short stay. Soundproof.

Cons: Battled to control the room temp with the aircon. Luckily we had a window to open to cool the room down.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Close to Shinjuku Station (walking distance) and lots of food options.

Cons: Pillows were hard, but this could just be preference!

Clean, centrally located hotel in Shinjuku Tokyo.

Pros: Centrally located in Tokyo, close to Shinjuku station, shops and great food. The room was cleaned every 3 days, with clean towels available daily if you wanted them. The room itself was more spacious than some we’ve stayed in before in Japan. The room was quiet overall. I would stay there again.

Pros: Close enough to the train station to walk. Lots of restaurants and attractions near by. Got everything you would need in the rooms. Would recommend for a short stay.

Cons: A bit noisy as seems to be in a party area. Didn’t really bother us though.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable but small like most APA hotels. The location is convenient to get to a lot of close attractions but be mindful this area is a party area and so there will be noise from the streets throughout the night and early morning.

Clean, warm & welcoming.

Pros: The location was fantastic, the fresh towels and complementary tea/coffee/water was great.

Cons: Would’ve loved some more ventilation in the room - it was very warm! Also the room was quite small compared to other similar hotels.

Pros: AC (can be turned off by bedside!) with a very convenient location to music live houses situated around Shinjuku

Cons: The dimmable bed lamp dial had a non-dimmable LED, so it flickered if it wasn't set to full brightness
